What my clients are saying

Nicole is the best real estate agent hands down ??we were able to get a house , a great lender from her recommendation, and got it for cheaper than asking price in this market and overcame obstacles that came our way that we were not expecting at all

~ A.S.

Home buying process is not the easiest, especially for first time buyers. On top of that, we were buying a home in a location we don’t currently live in, this made it even more challenging. Our experience was somewhat rocky between working things out with the builder, back and forth with our lender, driving up and down several times during the process, almost having to push closing, but one person who consistently helped us smooth out kinks every time was Nicole. Her being local to the area was the least of her strengths. She’s delightfully quick to respond, even if sometimes just to say ‘yup I’m on it’ (trust me it helps when you’re anxiously waiting on four different people to follow up with you), super helpful with any questions, requests to reach out to sellers and gather responses from them, help with inspections and provide guidance on certain things that come with experience. If you’re in the Toledo area, we would 10/10 recommend! Thanks, Nicole!

~ Hannah Welch

Nicole did a super job in handling the sale of my mom's house! It sold in 2 days for over our asking price. A previous realtor had it for 6 months and kept telling me to reduce asking price. Thank you Nicole. The extra will help in my mom's assisted living costs!

~ Laura McKenzie

Nicole is an incredible realtor who assisted me over a period of 3 years to find and purchase the home I was looking for. Her knowledge of the market and neighborhoods was a big help. She took the time to educate me on the pros and cons of each home that we looked at and the benefits of some compromises. Nicole has also developed relationships with a team of professionals who can complete home inspections quickly, work on loan approvals over the weekend, etc. This was a huge help to me in my home buying experience. If you are looking for a home or selling a home in the Toledo metro area, Nicole should be your realtor. She will do a fantastic job like she did for me. Thank you, Nicole!

~ Tom Rosin

Nicole Was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the best way to get the house ready to sell. She was very reliable in terms of getting the house on the market and selling it quickly. The house sold within the first week. It was on the market.

~ Rick Cullman

Nicole was unbelievably helpful and wonderful to work with. She always had a positive attitude and a can-do spirit which was reassuring to me. She made the entire process - from beginning to end - amazingly easy. I will always recommend Nicole to anyone who may be looking to buy or sell a home in the Toledo area.

~ MistrSteve100

Nicole was very patient and hard-working. As a first-time home buyer, I was very apprehensive with the process but she made sure to explain everything. She worked tirelessly to get my offers in on time and get the details of the homes I was looking at. She kept my best interests in mind and checked in several times after the sale was completed as well. Would highly recommend to any friends or family as well as first-time buyers/experienced buyers, alike!

~ Matt Rico

Nicole is amazing, thank you so much for helping find a wonderful home for our family and supporting us through our move.

~ Jo Brumback

We initially started our search with another realtor from another company. This proved to be problematic. A Friend of ours pointed out her daughter was a realtor for Serenity. We contacted Nicole and she responded back promptly. We requested a couple of showings of homes we were possibly interested in and she immediately was able to get us in. As luck or fates would have it, the first home we saw turned out to be the one we wanted. Nicole was there through every step of the home purchase. She answered any and all questions we had and did a lot of leg work to find us some answers. She was great during the final phase of purchase after issues were found during inspections, Nicole was there to prompt the other sellers into badly needed repair. I would highly recommend Nicole to any and all looking to purchase a home.

~ Sir Jack

Nicole was wonderful and a real pleasure to work with! Always great communication and very helpful when we had questions about any step along the way and very flexible with timing. Most importantly she laughed at all my dad jokes, I mean obviously because they’re all hilarious! We hope to not have to move again for a long time but if/when we do we will absolutely look to work with Nicole and Serenity again! Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

~ Nicholas Clere

Nicole was excellent! I am a first time homeowner and she was patient and extremely helpful! She negotiated an amazing deal and always did so in my best interest. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Nicole Osstifin while selling my home FSBO (for sale by owner). Nicole brought her client (buyer) to view my home. She was very friendly and handled the visit with extreme professionalism. After the offer was presented and accepted, I became very impressed with her high level of integrity and straight-forward, clear communications. She handle the entire transaction from offer to the closing table with utmost efficiency and timely status updates. Even though I was not prepared to sell through a Realtor, I am completely satisfied working the transaction with Nicole and would do it again!

Nicole Osstifin of Serenity Realty is fantastic! In the beginning of our search for the right realtor, we were bombarded with text messages, phone calls and emails from salesmen that wanted our business. Nicole was never pushy and understood that we needed to take our time, researching, before we jumped in with both feet. As a first time home buyer, we had a lot of questions and Nicole took the time to explain everything to us, big and small. When we found the perfect home, Nicole guided us through the process and advocated for us when things became stressful and confusing. If you are looking for a compassionate, experienced and understanding realtor that will take the time to treat you as a person, you need to hire Nicole. I know I will be referring her to everyone and definitely use her again when the times to purchase or sell our next property.

Nicole was amazing!! Helped me find my forever home! Handled all situations that arose with professionalism and used her expertise to help guide me. I had a lot of questions being that this was my first time purchasing a house. She was always available and took the time to explain every little detail.

Nicole was amazing and super fast to get us appointments to view houses! She sent us a listing for a great house, we asked to view it and she had the appointment made for that same day! We ended up putting in an offer that night and it got accepted that next morning!!
