Home buying process is not the easiest, especially for first time buyers. On top of that, we were buying a home in a location we don’t currently live in, this made it even more challenging. Our experience was somewhat rocky between working things out with the builder, back and forth with our lender, driving up and down several times during the process, almost having to push closing, but one person who consistently helped us smooth out kinks every time was Nicole. Her being local to the area was the least of her strengths. She’s delightfully quick to respond, even if sometimes just to say ‘yup I’m on it’ (trust me it helps when you’re anxiously waiting on four different people to follow up with you), super helpful with any questions, requests to reach out to sellers and gather responses from them, help with inspections and provide guidance on certain things that come with experience.
